As we reflect on the many things we are thankful for which we are thankful, I’d like to take this time to share just a few items we are thankful for: 1) Our students who come to school everyday ready to learn, 2) Faculty and staff who continue to support children and their learning experiences, including listening ears when students encounter difficulty in decision-making, and 3) Supportive parents who continue to partner with teachers to support their child’s education.
I believe the success of our school is built on mutual respect and inclusiveness. Everyday we strive harder and harder to built a culture of caring, fairness and respect while focused on the goal providing a safe learning environment for all students. For this we are ever so thankful!
Thanksgiving Break begins on November 22-24, 2023. Classes resume on Monday, November 27, 2023.
The WCLL Faculty and Staff wish all of our families a safe, happy and healthy Thanksgiving holiday!
Respectfully,
Dr. Ramona Phillips, Assistant Principal-In Charge
