Let's congratulate our 8th Grade!

Thurston Woods Campus Class of 2025!

A letter was sent home with the following information:

We need the following items sent to Ms. Trower before May 23, 2025:

8th Grade Trip fee of $45-includes the bus, their T-Shirts, ceremony caps, pizza, soda and shoes for bowling. Please pay by cash or check. Make checks payable to Thurston Woods School. All pictures can be emailed to Ms. Trower at trowerkm@milwaukee.k12.wi.us by May 30th.

Your child’s high school enrollment information.

Two pictures of your child (kindergarten and 8th grade) for a slideshow presentation. Please send the pictures in an envelope with your child’s name on it or email them to Ms. Trower. All the printed pictures will be scanned and returned.

We would like to extend our sincere hopes that your child will be able to participate in the 8th Grade Completion Ceremony at Thurston Woods Campus. For your planning purposes, the completion ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in the Thurston Woods Campus Gymnasium. Each student will be given 4 tickets for the ceremony. Families can start entering the gym at 9:10 a.m. using the entrance in the back of the building near Wren. Please refrain from bringing in balloon bouquets to avoid visual obstructions.

Additionally, there will be a completion rehearsal on June 9, 2025. Attendance for completion rehearsal on Monday is required.

Please be sure to returned the signed portion of the letter back to Ms. Trower by the deadline date.
