Project STAY

Home of the Lions!

Project S.T.A.Y. (Successful Training for At-Risk Youth) is an alternative school offering a nurturing and challenging education to 250 high school students, ages 16-21, who are at risk of dropping out. Students apply for Project S.T.A.Y. and are accepted based upon the definition of “at-risk” under Wisconsin state law.

To be enrolled, students must appreciate what the program offers, follow school rules, maintain a 90% attendance and complete the at-risk requirement. All courses offered to students have a ratio of 2 teachers per 20 students in each class. Students are enrolled in a morning or afternoon session to complete their courses. Student can enroll in extra-curricular classes to obtain credits towards graduation.
