Good afternoon RSA families,
Our staff and students took safety precautions this afternoon and took shelter in our school basement during the tornado warning. Our staff and students practice this drill regularly so we were able to get to shelter very quickly. All students have returned to class and will be discussing the tornado warning and importance of taking shelter before they go home today. Thank you for your understanding and shout out to all parents for practicing this at home as well. This allowed for our school community to be well prepared.

Nuestro personal y estudiantes tomaron precauciones de seguridad esta tarde y se refugiaron en el sótano de nuestra escuela durante la advertencia de tornado. Nuestro personal y los estudiantes practican este simulacro con regularidad, por lo que pudimos llegar al refugio muy rápidamente. Todos los estudiantes han regresado a clases y discutirán la advertencia de tornado y la importancia de refugiarse antes de irse a casa hoy. Gracias por su comprensión y un saludo a todos los padres por practicar esto también en casa. Esto permitió que nuestra comunidad escolar estuviera bien preparada.
