Student Fees
- Student in grades 9-11 – $20.00
- Senior fee (includes a yearbook and graduation venue) – $100.00
- Missing/Damaged Book Charge – Fee depends on the age of the book and the type of damage.
- Payments can be made electronically through My Payments Plus or in the main office.

How Can You Help Your Student Succeed?
- Attend the summer registration or visit the school at any time to:
- Confirm your contact information
- Confirm the accuracy of your child’s class schedule and make and necessary changes
- Use the Supply list below to send your student to school with the supplies that they need to succeed.
- Download the Pulaski High School Calendar so that you do not miss important school functions like Parent/Teacher Conferences. That can be done by clicking here and clicking Subscribe to the filtered calendar.
- Create and Monitor a HERO account.
- Hero is an internet and mobile application that tracks student behavior, then assigns consequences and gives “points” for good behavior. Parents and students can access this information by downloading the app to their smartphones or logging in to their website: https://access.heropowered.com.

- Many teachers at Pulaski are using Google Classroom to help facilitate their curriculum. You will receive an email to allow you to set up the frequency in which you receive information from Google Classroom. Student Supply List
- 1 backpack (No oversize bags or luggage style)
- 8 notebooks (may want additional)
- 8 3-ring binders (or pocket folders with prongs)
- 2 packages loose leaf paper
- 2-4 packages 10-count pens
- 2-4 packages 20-count No. 2 pencils
- 1 set of headphones
- Student Fee ($20. for underclassmen, $100. for seniors)
- Wish List Supplies (turned in to your advisory teacher)
- 1-3 boxes of facial tissue
- 1-2 bottles of hand sanitizer
- 1 container of surface cleaning wipes
- 1 ream of white copy paper
- 1-3 rolls of paper towels
Yearbook
- Maximum price for a yearbook this year is $35.00. Efforts will be made throughout the year to fundraise to lower this cost.
- Deadline for senior and senior baby pictures is March 16, 2019. They can be submitted to phouseyearbook@gmail.com.
- All students are encouraged to submit photos to phouseyearbook@gmail.com for possible publication in the 2018-2019. To better the chances of your photo being used, please make sure the photo is school appropriate and the people in the photo are identified in the email.

Sprint 1 Million Project
Students that attend Pulaski High School and meet the criteria are eligible for free internet access through Sprint. To learn more about the program visit Sprint’s 1 Million Project Website. To apply for free access, fill out the following form in English or Spanish and turn it into Ms. Wolf in the library.
Title 1 School – Parent Compact
Casimir Pulaski High School, of the Milwaukee Public School District, and the parents of the students participating in activities, services, and programs funded by Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) (participating children), agree that this compact outlines how the parents, the entire school staff, and the students will share the responsibility for improved student academic achievement and the means by which the school and parents will build and develop a partnership that will help children achieve the State of Wisconsin’s high standards.
This school-parent compact is in effect during school year 2017-2018
School Responsibilities
Pulaski High School will:
- Provide high-quality curriculum and instruction in a supportive and effective learning environment that enables the participating children to meet the State’s student academic achievement standards as follows:
All Teachers and staff will:

- encourage and support students’ learning.
- believe that each student can learn.
- use positive actions and words.
- maintain and foster high standards of academic achievement and positive behavior.
- respectfully and accurately inform parents of their child’s progress.
- have high expectations for students and be committed to continuous growth for the teacher, staff, and the school.
- respect cultural differences of students, their families and other staff members.
- help students resolve conflicts in positive, nonviolent ways.
- coordinate efforts with other staff to support the success of each child.
- create a caring, inclusive, stimulating, and safe school/classroom setting.
- Hold parent-teacher conferences during which this compact will be discussed as it relates to the individual child’s achievement. Specifically, those conferences will be held:

- Conferences held once a year at the high school in the fall. A mailing will be sent with information about the conferences.
- Conferences can be arranged at a mutually agreed upon time with the teacher and parent/guardian.
- Provide parents with frequent reports on their children’s progress. Specifically, the school will provide reports as follows:

- Progress reports with letter grades mailed to parents/guardians approximately four weeks into each marking period.
- Grade reports with letter grades are mailed to parents/guardians at the end of each 6 week period.
- Electronic Parent Portal maintained on a regular basis, providing parents with access to student assignments, attendance, discipline and grading information.
- Provide parents reasonable access to staff. Specifically, staff will be available for consultation with parents as follows:

- Parents may email or call teacher at any time. A staff contact list is available on our website.
- Provide parents opportunities to volunteer and participate in their child’s class, and to observe classroom activities, as follows:

- Parents are welcome to come in any time to take part in their child’s education.
- Parents may volunteer to help with field trips, classroom activities etc.
