- Hello Hawks! Our MSL Environmental Club would like to invite you to check out our MSL Thrift next week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (December 13 – December 15). We have everything from Kids – Adult clothes and shoes. Please bring cash. This is a perfect opportunity to get some last minute gifts as you are supporting our environmental club.
- Access Testing starts today. All sixth grade students scheduled to take Access should see Mrs. Biami in room 115 today with their Chromebook. Please see our Google Classroom for the hour that you are scheduled to test. Group 1 students should report to Mrs. Biami at this time. Testing for 7-12th graders begins on Monday.
- Hi MSL Community! Are you interested in helping with our Recycling Program at school? If so, please come join us for our Environmental Club meetings on Wed Dec 6 from 3:30-4:30. If you can’t make that meeting, please indicate your interest by dropping in room 104 to sign up. We are looking for some students to rotate in the spring on a weekly and daily basis.
- Congratulations to both Middle school volleyball teams who won their first games this past Saturday. Both teams won all three sets with outstanding performances by Julian Pabon, Leilani Davis, Mahala Polk, Nora Synovic, Caleb Tomkalski, and Lydia Turner. Come support your Hawks volleyball program next Saturday at noon and 1pm at WCLL. GO HAWKS!
- Ninth graders that are expected to take the Access test should report to room 115 at this time. 8th graders should report hour four today and 7th graders should report hour 7. Tenth graders plan to test Tuesday during hours two to three.
- Seniors we would like to celebrate all students who have completed their FAFSA. If you would like to participate in our Celebration Thursday, December 8th during homebase. Make sure to complete and submit your FAFSA by Wednesday, December 7th. E-mail Mrs. Rosas Bucio or Ms Beene your Student Aid Report or confirmation email. - Seniors… Want to go to college for free??? Well this is your opportunity…. this week we will be working with you to apply for scholarships. Please see Mrs. Rosas Bucio and Ms. Beene for additional information. We will be posting fun facts all week and we will have a scavenger hunt. Please see google classroom for scholarship tips.
- Attention Hope Squad Members: There will be a meeting in the library on Wednesday, 12/7 during 3rd and 4th hours. Please see an advisor if you are unable to attend.

Check out your google classrooms for the link, or check out the QR codes on the flyers around the school or in your home base. You can read articles about school events, student opinions, advice, or even horoscopes! Check it out and if you are interested in joining Newspaper, come talk to Ms. Deerr in room 184!
