About

Morgandale provides English-speaking children the opportunity to understand, speak, read and write in Spanish as a second language. We also offer ESL (English as a second Language) Services to all of our EL (English Learners) students.  Morgandale, an attendance area school, stresses high standards in all academic subjects and a positive learning environment. Parents have an important voice in our learning community. We love our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program, which creates a calm, nurturing and respectful environment.

Mission

The mission of Morgandale School is to accomplish the goal of excellence for all by providing a safe, respectful and cooperative atmosphere that will help students to develop confidence, responsibility and self-discipline.  Our mission is to provide a solid foundation so our students can achieve the grade level expectations that prepare them for the transition into high school.  We prepare them to be life long learners and successful productive adults in a rapidly changing, technological world.  Morgandale accomplishes this goal through the cooperative efforts of students, staff, parents and the community.

Vision

We envision that every Morgandale student will be prepared, successful and productive in a culturally diverse world through the committed, collaborative efforts of students, staff, parents and the community.

Morgandale Pledge

We, the staff and students of Morgandale School, pledge to do our best today.

We will respect others.

We will be polite to others.

We will be truthful and honest.

We will always remember that we are here to learn in order to be better prepared for life!

We continually strive to live up to the school motto: Morgandale Bears Are Reaching For The Stars.
