Spring Audition
for Incoming Freshmen and Transfer Students
Saturday, May 17
9, 10 and 11 am

The only requirement for enrollment is a successful audition! Please prepare to audition for your first and second choice Art Area.
Transfer Students:
MHSA does not accept midsemester High School transfer students: students may only being at the start of a semester. Students who want to enroll at Milwaukee High School of the Arts for the upcoming semester should complete this form. You will need a copy of your transcript, most recent grades and attendance record. After your grades have been reviewed, you will be invited to audition.
