The form is for non-student requests for a yearbook.
If an extra yearbook is available, a response confirming there is a copy available will be sent to the email address used here. It can be picked up for a cash donation of $5 or more for each yearbook in the MHSA office. The fabulous secretaries are in the office 8am-3pm, Monday-Friday.
Other resources to consider: You may be able to find yearbook pictures on Ancestry.com, if you know someone with a membership. There are also independent sites who reprint yearbooks at an expensive price.
