Our Community Learning Center (CLC) equips students with the tools they need to develop their personal talents and social skills. By taking on additional responsibilities and learning new sets of skills, students are provided with the experiences they need to develop into well-rounded learners. The Gwen T. Jackson CLC offers homework help, a chance to practice time management skills, peer collaboration and cooperation, and experience working with a team or group to achieve a common goal. Activities at Gwen T. Jackson School help students appreciate their own unique talents and immerse themselves in new experiences.
Hours: 2:15–6:00 p.m.
Note: Students who walk home from CLC will be released early.
