Humboldt Park K4-Grade 8 School is dedicated to the education of the whole student with a commitment to both academic and social growth. We are sustained in this effort through the commitment of our parents and the rigor of our curriculum. At HPS, both the Comprehensive Literacy Plan (CLP) and the Comprehensive Math and Science Plan (CMSP) are fully implemented to improve reading and math achievement. We are strongly committed to the use of technology.
The Wisconsin Response to Intervention (RtI) Center has recognized Humboldt Park K-8 School for our work toward fully implementing a system that leads to improved student outcomes. This equitable system helps increase consistency of instruction, enhances staff skills, proactively provides supports for all learners, and builds stronger relationships. We earned Silver Awards for Math, Reading, and Behavior!
