Community Learning Center (CLC)

Welcome to the Fratney CLC page. Ms. Lisbel Torres is the director of the program.

Our program during the school year has morning and afternoon programming. The morning program is from 7:30-9:00am. The afternoon program begins at 4:00 (after school) until 6:00pm. This includes dinner, academic enrichment, and recreational activities.

We also offer many fun activities for our students. Taekwondo, Riverwest Outdoors, Mad Science and Lego Robotics offer weekly programs after school for different age groups.

Families are invited to our Science Night, Literacy Night, and Math Night throughout the year.

Applications can be filled out at Fratney main office.  The weekly fee will be $125.00 per child, sliding fee scale/scholarships available.

Here is George Cashman with his J.K. Lee City Youth students that participated in Tournament for the first time. So proud of his volunteering. This program is part of our BGC/CLC

Fratney CLC also offer Summer Programing.  We have fun programs that include a balance of academics and recreational activities. During the summer our program is open from 7am until 6pm, and provide breakfast (8:35-9:00), lunch (12-12:30), and dinner (3:30-4:00).

The summer application window opens in May. Additional information will be forthcoming. Fee will be $185.00 per child , sliding fee scale/scholarships available.
