Dear 5^th Grade Parent(s),

All 5^th grade students shall begin developing their personal Academic and Career Plan. This process involves you, your child, and your child’s counselor. The goal is to implement an Academic and Career Plan for each student in fifth-grade to be used and followed through middle and high school years.
