Data interpretation:
For the fall and spring of the 2023-24 school year, the eighteen 3rd-5th grade students completed the district STAR reading test.
Of the 18 students, approximately 78% were preforming Significantly Below or Well Below Target in the Fall.
In the Spring, that percentage has decreased to 50% of students preforming the Significantly Below or Well Below Target.
Over 25% of students have increased their scores and currently, 67% of students are no longer scoring in the, “Significantly Below Target” level
