Brown Street Academy – Safe Place Program

2022-2023 – Neu-Life’s Community Development

In partnership with MPS Recreation, Neu-Life offers a Safe Place Program from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday until Nov 20th 2020.  Students can receive support (not instruction) in their online/virtual learning.  Staff are available to help students to log on to their teacher’s online sites to participate in virtual learning.  Safe Place staff are not allowed to serve in an educational or tutoring capacity.  Students must also bring their own Chromebook or laptop to use.
In the afternoon (2:30 pm) the program transitions to recreational activities facilitated by Neu-Life staff such as Art, SPARK physical fitness and other activities.
Space is limited and Wisconsin Shares (W2) Childcare can cover the cost of the Safe Place Program.  Contact site coordinator Ms. Priscilla at (414) 303-1680 to find out how to enroll your children.
