Welcome to the Bay View High School Library! Our library is a dynamic resource hub dedicated to enriching the academic and cultural experiences of our students, faculty, and staff. We celebrate diversity and inclusion, with special features this month on Native American Heritage Month 2024 and Hispanic Heritage. The library website offers a range of resources for our community, including teacher resources, forms, book recommendations, and school news to keep everyone informed and engaged. Throughout the year, we host exciting events, like the annual Haunted Library and special guest visits. The library is more than just a place for books—it’s a safe and inviting space for exploration, learning, and fun. Come explore what the library has to offer!
BVMHS’s Community Learning Center (CLC) is located in room 129 and is guided by Ms. Gathings. Bay View’s CLC is sponsored by the Boys and Girls Club in a safe haven for academic skill building, recreation and other activities. CLC is an after school program that provides extra time for students in helping develop the skills needed to meet and exceed academic requirements, provide life-long learning opportunities and improve overall academic performance. CLC also provides and structure, safe and supervised environment for age-appropriate learning, fun and friendship with peers.
